To deal with differences of opinion when working on a team it's important to engage in constructive communication to resolve their differences. Resolving differences requires patience, respect, and a willingness to see things from another person's perspective. When  working in a team , I will  stop thinking about myself rather will start thinking of the TEAM.  Because  every people have opinion according to their beliefs, their understanding, their mindset, their experiences, their upbringing. They might be right or wrong. But definitely behind that they will have a logic.

Here are some steps that can help:

1.     Listen to each other: Both parties should take the time to listen carefully to the other person's perspective without interrupting or dismissing their opinions.

2.     Seek to understand: After listening, it's important to seek to understand why the other person holds the opinion they do. Try to ask open-ended questions that can help you get a better understanding of their point of view.

3.     Look for common ground: Despite their differences, both parties may share some common values or goals. Focus on these areas of agreement and see if you can find ways to build on them.

4.     Explore alternatives: Brainstorm together and try to come up with alternative solutions that can satisfy both parties. Be creative and open-minded.

5.     Agree on a course of action: Once both parties have had a chance to express their views and explore alternative solutions, they should agree on a course of action that they both can support. This may involve compromising or finding a middle ground.
