For me, leadership is a quality of control over others. When we think to be leaders or want to control others we have to have some better or special qualities that influence followers. With other traditional qualities Leaders must be knowledgeable in ICT to face the challenges of the digital age. Socio-economic, cultural, and situational decision-making power is also needed to be a good leader. A positive attitude is crucial for being a successful leader.
