Self-awareness' is about understanding your emotions and their impact on your behavior. It's about knowing your strengths and weaknesses, and using this awareness to guide your decisions.

I: 'Self-regulation' involves controlling or redirecting our disruptive emotions and adapting to changes. This helps us to stay flexible and act thoughtfully rather than impulsively.

I: 'Motivation' means being driven to achieve for the sake of achievement. It's about striving to meet a standard of excellence and deriving pleasure from doing so.

I: 'Empathy', the fourth domain, is about understanding the emotional makeup of other people and treating them according to their emotional reactions.
