Decision-making is very important for a project. If any controversy arises in my team that is some people make a suggestion and recommendations about an issue accurately specifically. But other people disagree, and their suggestions and recommendations are different about the matter. So, the question is what is my leadership in the case? First of all, I will listen to both sides very gently and sincerely. Try to interrelation, and interconnect their voice, comments, suggestions, and recommendations. That is a very effective way to solve more problems. Then implement in our project successfully.
