At first, I will share my views /program ideas with my group members, 

Then I will place it  to school administration .

f they agreed in this program. School admin will place it to managing committee , 

Then  school authority  make a notice to the students & display it into Noticeboard. 

As a student leader , I can circulate it in social media for prompt publicity,

 Also inform it to local Administration.
