Problem Solving is the process  of defining a problem, identifying its root cause,prioritizing and  selecting potential solutions and implementing the chosen solution. 

Problem Solving process :

* Define the problem 

* Generate alternative solutions 

* Evaluate and select an alternative 

* Implement and follow up on the solution 

In this case- 3 as a leader I will find the cause why it happened and evaluate and  analyze the alternative solution.  Then I select an alternative solution and continue the scheduled programme. I also motivate my team members for successful programme. I should take precautionary measures for continuously improve.
