Leader is a person who earns some special qualities  by which he can easily Convinced  or motivate his fellows to achieve a common interest Leadership is a continuous  process to achieve some goals

Leader is a person who influences a group of people/ followers positively towards the accomplishment of smarter goal/ vision considering empowerment, ethics and the bottom line satisfaction.
