hmm. Conflict management is essential for a good leadership and the goal achievement. As conflict among the team members hinders the team to go to the destination where the team desires to go.

yes sir , u are right in this regard . However, our culture does not permit us to acknowledge our incorrectness frankly while we were responsible for that task / tasks.
