We can improve the standard of class room by following ways:

1. By arranging the ice breaking session. 

2. By arranging pair work and group work. 

3. By showing the real teaching aids.

4.By reducing the span of supervision. 

5. By engaging the teacher assistant.

6. By preparing a lesson plan and supplying the learners prior to the class.

7. By arranging the audio-visual class room.

But in our educational arena perspectives, it is supposed to be difficult job to deploy a teacher assistant!

To handle a large class effectively, concept of teacher assistant is more fruitful. It will be easier if we can develop our resilience and growth mindset. Thanks a lot dear for your nice suggestion.

One colleague may engage his/her another colleague as a Teacher assistant mutually. It's a matter of understanding only. There is no financial involvement.
