Leadership is a quality for changing traditional methods. To replace modern constructive educational philosophy in our traditional education is a kind of leadership. One leader cannot change everything in a moment. He or she needs more helping hand if he or she is a real leader. A real leader always makes more leaders. All leaders can try to contribute to changing scenarios sharply. Leadership is positive thinking with honesty, collaboration, sharing ideas, developing new skills, deep understanding, and respect for others' ideas then drawing an idea to help change the community, society, nation, and country.
