Teacher leadership training is more effective and efficient for every institution worldwide as well as Bangladesh.  In Bangladesh, our education is mostly traditional such as chalk and talk, Boo, and pen, lecture. We need to change with new technology, and new leadership, and replace our traditional lecture it could change our teacher and educator shape.
