I am Md Abdul Mumin Musabbir currently posted at the National Curriculum and Textbook Board, Bangladesh on deputation as a Senior Specialist at the Primary Curriculum Wing. Basically, I belong to the Bangladesh Civil Service (General Education) cadre recruited in 22nd batch. 

The leadership course is of the best courses for helping the students for leading the class, society and as well as the country. In accordance with the trait theory, some people have inherent characteristics that make them capable of effective leadership, such as, self-confidence, intelligence, and the ability to attract others to oneself. Behavioral theory, for example, suggests that leadership is not just an intrinsic trait. It also teaches about pre-learned behavior. In Contingency theory, it is seen that leadership characteristics cannot be expressed equally in all places. A leader's skills depend and change in different fields and situations. Transformational leadership theory believes that leaders create a vision for a better future. Also leads and inspires changes in line with this vision.
