Communication:  Communication is a vital skill for any project leader,as it can make or break the success of a project.Effective communication can help  leader align expectations,mange risks,resolve issues,and deliver value to stakeholders.

A student leader has to know his stakeholders.He has to plan to communicate the right information, to right people, at the right time and in the right way. Leader will use multiple channels to communicate the message.He may use email,phone calls ,video conference for interactive discussion and social media for information engagement. He also creates whats app group or messenger group for his team for every update.He also send letter to the all member of the managing committee. He also use the college notice board for students and all staffs. Student leader may serve invitation letter to respective stakeholders. He invites to principal  and  school administration personally with invitation letter.

 Student leader should use poster pretension in local area and use media for miking with loud speaker.He also use local cable network for this program.

The final step is to seek feedback and improvement and continuously learn and grow as leader and communicator.Leader should reflect his own communication  performance and set goals and action plan for improvement.
