Leadership is a continuous process through which a group of people work to obtain a fixed goal.Leader is a person who has a noble intention for achieving something which is good for his family,institution,nation or country.When a person want to do all works alone he becomes a manager  not a leader.Leader at first fixed his goal by discussing with his fellows.Then he makes a proper assessment whether the goal is right or wrong.Then he chalk out a plan how he and his fellows work to achieve the goal.Leader may instruct his workers or distribute works in groups.He must have a clear idea about the qualities of his group  members so that he can easily distribute duties  among right and skilled people.To run the programme  the leader would be able and efficient enough to check the chaos, conflict and confusion  among the workers.He must have to know the uses of variables so that the flow of work would never be stopped. A leader would have to know to appreciate  others and to motivate others by his words and in some cases by incentives. Leadership is a compact teamwork of a group of skilled and devoted people to achieve a noble goal.
