প্রশিক্ষণ কোর্স হল একটি উদ্ভাবনী

কোর্সটি
তিন মাস ব্যাপী এবং এর অংশগ্রহণকারীদের মধ্যে গণতান্ত্রিক
নেতৃত্বের দক্ষতা গড়ে তোলার জন্য গঠন করা হয়েছে, গুণমান এবং উত্পাদনশীলতার জন্য অনুকূল পরিবেশ গড়ে তোলার জন্য। এই বিনামূল্যের কোর্সের
মাধ্যমে, অংশগ্রহণকারীরা অভিজ্ঞ শিক্ষাবিদ, নেতৃত্ব বিশেষজ্ঞ এবং আন্তর্জাতিক অবদানকারীদের বিশাল জ্ঞানের উপর ভিত্তি করে বিভিন্ন নির্দেশমূলক কৌশল এবং নেতৃত্বের পদ্ধতির এক্সপোজার লাভ করবে।
অংশগ্রহণকারীরা

Course Description
The DECO-LEADS Online Training Course is an
innovative leadership development program meticulously designed to transform
educational leaders across Bangladesh. This unique program, backed by the U.S.
Embassy Dhaka and supported by the Bangladesh Open University, offers a golden
opportunity for school and college head teachers to enrich their leadership
capacities.
The course spans three months and is structured to
cultivate democratic leadership skills in its participants, fostering an
environment conducive to quality and productivity. Through this free course,
participants will gain exposure to a range of instructional strategies and
leadership approaches, drawing on the vast knowledge of experienced
academicians, leadership experts, and international contributors.
Participants will engage in interactive sessions
that mirror real-world challenges, providing them with the necessary tools to
lead in various educational settings. Topics include foundational principles of
leadership, overcoming challenges in academic institutions, inspiring change,
